Guest Preacher Maggi Dawn – 9AM & 10AM

Fresh off our Women’s Retreat, the Reverend Maggi Dawn will be our guest preacher at 9:00AM and 10:00AM services.

The Reverend Dr. Maggi Dawn is an author, theologian and songwriter. She is a priest in the Episcopal Church, serving as Diocesan Theologian in the Diocese of Rhode Island. She also teaches theology at the University of Durham, UK.

Maggi had a first career as a songwriter and musician; later she studied theology and went on to be a Professor at the University of Cambridge (UK) and later at Yale University, where she was Dean of Marquand Chapel. She has written five books, including The Accidental Pilgrim, and The Writing on the Wall – High Art, Popular Culture, and the Bible.
