May Fair Volunteer Opportunties

· Parents of young children: plan now to work with friends while your children
play together with complimentary childcare on Thursday, May 6th from 9 – 3 pm.
Key Dates May Fair Week
Fri, April 29th (10 – 5), Sat, April 30th (9 – 5) and Sun, May 1st (1 – 5): Muscles, trucks and SUVs needed to collect tag sale items from storage. Bring teens if you have them! (David Shea, 972-3092 and Jim Hedges, 594-1624).
Mon, May 2nd – Fri, May 6th (9 – 4): Unload, unpack, sort, clean, shelve and price tag sale items.
Sat, May 7th (9 to 7): Call the team leaders listed below to pick a shift or contact Jill Ernst (972-0320, jill.ernst@gmail.com) or Lois Sandberg (966-2848, lsandberg1@aol.com) for more volunteer information.
White Elephant: Francie Thompson, 972-1668 and Kit Devereaux, 972-7801. Cashiers, baggers and merchandisers needed fair day.
Clean Up/Tear Down: Caroline Tucker, 972-7344 and Dean Davis, 801-0742. Shifts beginning at 3:30 for White Elephant and Great Lawn from 6:30. Pizza and soda party after. Families welcome!
