Just take a look the most recent ROAR newsletter. You will see a parish alive in the Spirit. You will see that, together with our Lord, we make a great church.
I have many dreams for our congregation and one of them is that we will spend less time talking about money and more time doing ministry. I bet you share this wish. So, there is one thing you can do for your parish: make a gracious, generous, and timely pledge now. Do it for your Lord. Do it for your parish. Do it for yourself. Remember the prayer of St. Francis, “It is in giving that we receive.” I am convinced that together we have the abundance needed to fully empower the ministry.
So, please take time to stop and make a pledge or gift now. Just click on one of the links below, email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Laura Watt, Director of Stewardship in the church office at 203.966.4515 x123. And, please pray for your parish. If you do this, you will find it most soul satisfying.
The Reverend Peter F. Walsh

Did you know? St. Mark’s pays 3% in merchant fees for all credit card payments. Please consider using your bank’s auto-pay system or increase your credit card payments by 3% to cover our fees.
Empower the Parish Capital Campaign
Thanks to your generosity, we have purchased a Rectory, and are well on our way raising the funds needed to build the Center for Ministry and smaller capital projects. There is still much to be done, with about $3 million needed to reach our goal.
Would you like to meet with someone from the church leadership about all this? Just call Laura Watt in the Church Office (203.966.4515 x123) or contact Sr. Warden Jill Sautkulis at email@example.com.
